Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

For pre-orders:
Pre-order production and delivery generally take 30–120 days.
This timeframe may vary depending on production cycles, material availability, and shipping conditions.

All content on our Services—including logos, branding, graphics, images, product names, videos, text, and layout—is owned by BASEL1NE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

BASEL1NE uses Shopify to operate the store. However, all purchases are made directly with BASEL1NE.

Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any injury, loss, or damage resulting from products or transactions with BASEL1NE.

You expressly release Shopify from all liabilities related to your transactions with us.
