📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
High-volume drops, limited releases, and restocks may require slightly longer processing times.

🚚 Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has finished processing.

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

International

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times depend on customs and your country’s local postal service.

💡 Tracking Information

All orders come with a tracking number, emailed to you once the order ships.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your package is accepted by the carrier.

✈️ Customs, Duties & International Fees

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import fees, and taxes.
BASEL1NE® is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

📬 Wrong Address Policy

Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout.
BASEL1NE® is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🎁 Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, BASEL1NE® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and your order number.

📦 Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some BASEL1NE® products are released as pre-orders to secure your size before production begins.

Pre-order production + shipping timeframe: 30–120 days
Pre-order items may ship separately from regular items.
Estimated timeframes may vary based on production queues, fabric availability, and transit speed.
Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.
